Lure Coursing

The first time I saw Kaba chase the plastic bags (aka the lure), at the ZoiBoyz Ranch in Peyton, CO was the most amazing sight.  To see a dog do what they were born to do was incredible.

Kaba's Career Highlights:

  • 2008: AKC Junior Courser in Peyton, CO & AKC Senior Courser in Oklahoma City, OK
  • 2009: AKC Field Champion in Columbia, Kentucky

Agility

We started in Agility in 2008 and were kicked out of class after 3 weeks because we were told that Pharaoh Hounds can't do agility and we would never get a title.  Well, it took us 4 years and we finally earned our first title: Novice Agility Jumper Preferred.  Finding our rhythm and learning to 'dance' together propelled our team forward
